Oliver Bierhoff

Sports manager

Oliver Bierhoff is a former professional soccer player whose golden goal in the 1996 UEFA European Championship will go down in history. Between 2004 and 2022, he held the positions of manager, director and sports official at the German Football Association (DFB), where he was responsible for the German national squad and for overseeing the national teams and academy. In 2023, he was appointed official business advisor to the New England Patriots and founded FINVIA Sports GmbH together with the FINVIA Family Office.

Christian Herp has worked in the media and digital sectors for 25 years now. In 2003, he joined the Handelsblatt Media Group where he firstly held various sales positions and, from 2009 – as the Managing Director of iq digital – helped develop the leading quality marketing provider for digital advertising in Germany. Since 2020, Christian has worked as Chief Product Officer at the Handelsblatt Media Group. He is responsible for the products of the Handelsblatt Media Group, with a main focus on the further development of the digital platforms of the Handelsblatt business newspaper and WirtschaftsWoche business magazine and their ongoing transformation.

Cord Hollender

Cord Hollender has been Managing Director of Sales at RMS since 2019. His main responsibility in this role is to boost and develop the leading market position of RMS on the German audio market. He is responsible for the market development strategy and manages the central processes in the RMS marketing cosmos. Before he was appointed Managing Director he was in charge of the sales management, sales consulting and conditions management divisions as Head of Sales & Services. The graduate engineer for media technology and management began his career at RMS in 2002 as assistant to the management. The subject of his dissertation for the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences in 2001 was: ‘Streaming Media – An analysis of development barriers of streaming media in the end consumer market’.

Maximilian Klopsch

Managing Director, Seven.One Media and Seven.One AdFactory

At Seven.One Media, Maximilian Klopsch is responsible for strategy, new budgets and AdSolutions. Since 2018, he has also been the Managing Director of Seven.One AdFactory, ProSiebenSat.1’s creative sales agency. Klopsch started out in 2009 as an editor and producer at RedSeven Entertainment GmbH. After working as an assistant to the former P7S1 CEO Thomas Ebeling from 2013 to 2014 and as the VP of Business Development in TV from 2015 to 2016, the business graduate joined Seven.One AdFactory in 2016. He took responsibility for various areas and was promoted to the management team in 2018.

Christian Köhler

Christian Köhler is the Director of the German Brands Association. As a manager with marketing and sales experience, he took over the management of the business in Berlin at the beginning of 2010. Prior to that, Christian Köhler ran his own consulting firm and also worked in managerial positions at companies including Effem, Kraft Foods and Tchibo. The qualified industrial engineer, who studied in Berlin and Chicago and currently holds various teaching posts for brand management and management, is a renowned brand expert and insider of the consumer goods industry with vast practical experience and extensive knowledge of all things marketing and sales.

Sebastian Küpers

Sebastian Küpers is Chief Transformation Officer at the Plan.Net Group. In this role he is responsible for digital transformation projects such as the introduction of artificial intelligence, spatial computing, blockchain technology, new operating systems and data-driven marketing for the group and for clients. Sebastian Küpers is also Managing Director of Plan.Net Studios, a creative unit that develops spatial experiences and other client solutions for the next generation of the internet.

Ana von Hutten

Ana von Hutten is Head of Marketing D-A-CH at Mattel GmbH, where she is responsible for all the company’s marketing-related activities in German-speaking countries. 
She began her training with a Bachelor’s degree in Management at the University of London, where she studied at the Royal Holloway College. After graduating in London, she furthered her studies with a Master’s in European Business at the ESCP Business School. 
Before starting her career at Mattel in 2017, Ana von Hutten held various brand and marketing positions at Procter & Gamble and T-Mobile. 

Livia von Mitschke-Collande

As Industry Leader Retail at Google, Livia works with German and international retail companies. Her team is responsible for helping retailers get the most out of Google’s marketing solutions and advising them on digital transformation in the retail sector. Prior to her current role, Livia managed Google’s Comparison Shopping Services team in the EMEA region. Livia joined Google in Munich in 2014 after studying international business and finance in Italy and Munich. She lives near Lake Starnberg just outside of Munich with her husband and three children. 

Alexandra-Irina Nicolae

Alexandra-Irina Nicolae, Señorita Technical Product Owner in the field of generative AI, is already well-known for her ground-breaking ideas in her role at Axel Springer Ideas Engineering. In the seven years she has worked at Axel Springer, she has regularly pushed her boundaries and has now arrived in the world of generative artificial intelligence – the world in which algorithms write poems and machines can dream dreams.
Following her time in Silicon Valley and a stint in the Axel Springer Ideation Council, Alex dived headfirst into the transformative power of AI. Since the pandemic summer of 2020, she has been supporting colleagues throughout the process from idea to finished product, drawing on her specialist knowledge of generative AI."

Robert Wucher

For more than 25 years, Robert Wucher, Vice President of Consumer & Marketing Insights D-A-CH at NIQ/GfK, has worked at GfK in various senior sales and consulting positions. He currently manages the Consumer & Marketing Insights department in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Together with his team, he is responsible for advising manufacturers and retailers – based on data analytics solutions – on how to optimise their consumer centricity and short and long-term ROI of their marketing spend.
